Anja Maier is Associate Professor at the Department of Management Engineering at the Technical University of Denmark. She has been a member of staff at DTU since 2010.
Anja's research focuses on human behaviour in design and design management. This includes communication, change management, e.g. through assessment of organisational capabilities and process modelling, and learning. She is particularly interested in exploring and applying concepts and theories from the humanities and social sciences to design research and practice. Her empirical studies have been conducted in collaboration with aerospace, automotive, IT and biotechnology companies. |

Tim McAloone is Associate Professor of Product Development at the Department of Management Engineering at the Technical University of Denmark. He has been a member of staff at DTU since 1998.
Tim works closely with Danish industry, finding new methods and models for a wide range of product development issues, such as environmental issues, product/service-systems, product innovation and the process of product development itself. |

Niels Henrik Mortensen is Associate Professor of Product Development at the Department of Management Engineering at the Technical University of Denmark. He has been a member of Staff since 1997.
Niels Henrik´s research focuses on platform-based product development. He focuses on the ability to model and visualise platforms and architectures. He also focuses on the organisational and strategic impact of a platform-based approach to product development. Niels Henrik heads the platform group within the Section for Engineering Design and Product Development.
